The Ashleigh Moore Keynote Address 

Applications are now closed for the 2021 Ashleigh Moore Keynote Address.

The Ashleigh Moore Keynote Address recognises an individual or organisation in Australia who has made an outstanding contribution to the care of cancer survivors through contribution to clinical practice, research, policy, and/or advocacy affecting cancer survivors.

Nominations, including two letters of recommendation outlining the candidate's suitability, their biography or curriculum vitae, as well as a title or description of their proposed talk should be submitted by close of business Monday 2 November 2020 via email to cosa@cancer.org.au 

The successful candidate will deliver the Ashleigh Moore Keynote Address at the 2021 Cancer Survivorship Conference in Adelaide.
