Adelaide Convention Centre

The Adelaide Convention Centre is regarded as one of the world’s most modern, flexible and technologically advanced meetings and events centres, it was also the first purpose-built convention centre constructed in Australia.

Conveniently located within Adelaide Riverbank Precinct, the Centre comprises three independent yet seamlessly integrated buildings—East, Central and West. Each building takes advantage of this prime location and offers panoramic views of the river as well as plenty of natural light.

Getting There

PUBLIC TRANSPORT

Adelaide is home to an efficient, citywide transport network, including free tram travel within the City Centre. The closest tram stop is located right in front of the historic Adelaide Railway Station, which is just a two minute walk from the Centre.

In addition, three main taxi companies and Uber operate in the Adelaide metropolitan area. Taxis and Ubers can be booked for pick up or drop off from the North Terrace and Morphett Street Bridge (West Building) entrances. For guests departing the Centre, a taxi rank is located on North Terrace, right on the Centre’s doorstep.

PARKING

If you are driving to the Centre, there are two undercover car parking options: North Terrace and Riverbank car parks. The Riverbank car park is accessible from Morphett Street / Festival Drive.

Both car parks are located directly under the Centre and operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Each is fitted with video surveillance camera systems and security patrols both areas.

Clearance is 2.0 metres and automated payment stations accept payment via card only (major credit cards, debit cards and mobile pay).
